Sales Tax Based on the recipient’s mailing address, sales tax may be added. At this time, a 7% sales tax will be collected only for orders for the state of Pennsylvania. Return & Exchange Policy We understand that occasionally it is necessary to return an item for exchange. We can only accept returns and exchanges of unused items. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 6 weeks of delivery of the item. Please contact us before returning any item so we know it is being returned. Mail or ship your item for exchange as well as the Knabe's receipt to the address above. After we receive your returned item and inspect it, the exchanged item will be shipped out. All returned items not exchanged are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
